Belleair Bluffs is a small town in a large county.  It’s easy to pass through and not even know you where there, yet this locale regularly attracts talented artists and craftsmen.  Besides our art community, we also have a diverse selection of small shops, each with its own style and product.  The purpose of  The Spotlight is to illuminate the people, places and events that make our community shine.
